ADAMS Occupational Health & Safety Management System has been designed and implemented to meet all requirements of Australian Standard of AS/NZS 4801:2001, be aligned with International Standard OHSAS 18001. ADAMS are planning to be accredited to International Standard of AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018.
Those standards set a range of benchmarks and requirements for all personnel in the provision of services in the safest possible manner. From fleet maintenance system, vehicle tracking, intensive staff training program to 24/7 operations support, we ensure that the highest of safety is provided when you travel with ADAMS.
Safety is everyone’s responsibility, and ADAMS is leading the way in the improvement of safety in the Coach Transport Industry.
Research has shown that one full coach has five times less CO2 emissions per passenger per kilometre than a jet aircraft on the same route. For every full coach, there are at least 16 fewer cars on the road. Therefore, coach transport is the most environmentally friendly way to transport large groups of passengers.
ADAMS Pinnacles offer a unique advantage in the protection of the environment. Our modern fuel efficient fleet of vehicles, many of which exceed the requirements of EURO 5, the most stringent emissions control requirements, make us the most environmentally efficient coach operator in the state.

ADAMS have a highly advanced Environmental Management System designed to manage our interactions with the environment and minimise our impact. This system is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 14001 – the international standard for environmental management. We currently recycle all our engine oil and all rags are recycled. We also have an advanced water control and recycling system to recycle the water used in cleaning coaches. ADAMS are planning to be accredited to International Standard of AS/NZS ISO 14001:2016.

Our software-based quality management system allows the tracking of quality conformances, customer complaints and quality issues with our services. This ensures that any issues are managed in line with our quality management procedures to maintain the continual satisfaction of our clients.

WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE WE ARE CERTIFIED WITH ISO 9001:2015
To become ISO9001:2015 certified, ADAMS underwent an evaluation process that included: quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all of which work to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformance to the quality management standard. ADAMS decision to be certified with ISO 9001:2015 was a proactive one that not only anticipates the demands of our customers, but also demonstrates a commitment to providing quality services to all current and future customers. To maintain our certification, ADAMS will perform audits to ensure compliance and to assess initiatives for continued improvement.
